The goal of the HRFC is to institutionalize effective, enterprise-wide, technical certification programs for HR professionals, and provide support and advocacy for DoD-wide HR priorities. The most important mission of the HRFC team at DCPAS is to integrate, communicate and socialize Department-wide efforts.
