Strategic Human Capital Planning
DCPAS serves the critical role of ensuring that strategic planning for the right civilian talent is continually performed in order to meet DOD’s ever-demanding missions. DCPAS provides advisory/consulting services for DOD human capital planning and policy development. These services include strategic workforce planning, competency management, workforce analytics, and the accountability/evaluation of HR practices within DOD.
