DCPAS provides advisory services on the development and administration of employment policies and programs to include strategic recruitment, workforce shaping, hiring authorities, classification policy, and executive hiring. Serving as employment consultant, DCPAS counsels on the strategic design and analysis of workforce restructuring and transition programs for civilian employees.
