The Defense Senior Leader Development Program (DSLDP) is a unique program that develops GS 14-15 or equivalent senior civilian leaders who have the potential and aspiration to serve as senior executives. DCPAS plans and executes the Defense Senior Leader Development Program. Over the course of twenty months, DSLDP provides structured learning opportunities to enable civilian leaders with the enterprise-wide perspective and competencies needed to lead people, programs, and organizations in the joint, interagency, and multinational environment. These include Defense-focused leadership seminars, professional military education at a senior service school, and several individual development activities.
