A dedicated DCHRMS Working Group is focused on developing a training program that meets the diverse needs of stakeholders. As the training requirements are identified, DCPAS will build out training options to include in-person, virtual, self-serve courses that provide the DOD civilian community with all the skills needed to utilize DCHRMS.

The DCPAS Training strategy is to develop a DCHRMS training program differentiated by stakeholder population needs and training methods. The focus of the DCHRMS Training Program is on:

• Providing information on how to use DCHRMS to perform their current work.
• Providing an understanding of changes to the current way of doing business.
