DCPAS provides policy guidance and technical support to the Department of Defense civilian workforce on compensation administration. The DCPAS portfolio includes pay flexibilities, premium pay, overseas allowances, leave administration, hours of work, certain alternative pay systems, furlough guidance, and the Federal Wage System.
