DOD Performance Management and Appraisal Program
DCPAS manages the DOD Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP), a performance management system which covers the majority of DOD employees. DPMAP utilizes a process for planning, monitoring, evaluating, and recognizing employee performance while linking individual employee performance to organizational goals.
