Component Human Capital Self-Assessment Site Visits

Created by DCPAS, Human Capital Self-Assessments are designed to help the Components demonstrate the effectiveness of their Human Resources (HR) programs. During site visits, the Component uses rigorous evaluation approaches, causal evaluation models, and HR metrics and tools (including surveys and focus groups) to determine whether specific goals are being met. The self-assessment approach incorporates workforce data, human capital metrics, customized surveys, focus groups, interviews, and/or program performance data to develop a comprehensive assessment of a Component’s effectiveness.
