The Executive Performance and Appraisal Tool (EPAT) is the automated executive performance management solution used to document performance plans, progress reviews, and appraisals, as well as calculates compensation adjustments for senior executives and senior professionals across the DOD. DCPAS provides oversight of the Executive Performance Appraisal process.
