The Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) Unemployment Compensation (UC) training program was designed to provide the foundation that Unemployment Compensation Program Administrators (UCPAs) need to appropriately administer the UC program and safeguard Department of Defense funds. This training program is conducted virtually and contains information and exercises that will reinforce UCPAs knowledge and understanding of the UC program.
