DCPAS provides Workforce Data reports, analysis, and support to the various DOD Agencies and Military Components in support of the Workforce Development mission. Our DoD Functional Community dashboard can now be found on the Advanced Analytics (ADVANA) site; ADVANA. This dashboard contains trends for numerous Demographics, Gains, Losses, and Incentive Usage and Cost.
